I was one of the lucky people who pre-ordered Wii Fit in advance.  So Wednesday, after work, I go to the local video game store and pick up my specially reserved copy.  How exciting.  All the kids in the neighborhood congregate in my living room as my son unpacks the carefully packages wii balance board and the game.  He decides he’s first.  It weighs him.  It weighs him!  Then he does a series of tests designed to measure his fit age.  Hmmm….I’m not sure I understand that concept.  At the end of the testing, it determines that he has a fitness age of 14 – 3 years more than he is – he is 11.  Next all the kids are shouting – “your turn, Mom!’ .  I don’t think so.  Not until you kids go to bed.
